    Description

    It comes with the 2 screws to fasten the spring plates that keep the handle full or half tilted . So metal top I think 1973 was the last year and 1974 had a adjustable throttle lock at the tip and fibre glass top.Some casted parts could have more or less final machining .Mercury may have called the part a bracket but it holds the steering handle.
