    We will issue an RMA number. Include the RMA number, along with your full name, email address, and item number with your shipment. Please print the RMA number on the outside of the box.

Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping the item back to us at their expense. We will only accept the item back in the original new condition. If you cannot provide a picture, you may be required to ship the item back at your expense. After we receive picture or returned item we will provide a refund or replacement at our discretion.
