We will do our very best to ship all items out as fast as we can,
but after the item(s) is in the hands of the shipping carrier,
we don't have any control over the length of time it takes to make it to your location.  We have seen some extreme delays by the USPS where the item seems to be sitting in a USPS Location.  We wish we could do something about it, but unfortunately, it's out of our control.  We try to provide the best service that we can, but once the item is shipped, we rely on the shipping carrier to deliver the item to your location.

if we cancel the auction, we still get charged transaction fees by paypal, and also we have to adjust our records and relist the item.  If you submit a request to cancel your order, we are now charging a
