], students compare foods eaten by Native Americans in the past with foods grown in America today.  They also learn the concept of nutrients, the names of five nutrients, the food groups those nutrients are associated with, and why those nutrients are important for health" -- from the Program Overview in the Teacher Guide.
It includes everything you see in the photos.  The kit is complete (notice the components listed in the 2nd photo), and it even has some extras included (3 copies each of all but one worksheet master and a Food Groups poster).
The Teacher Guide includes 10 activities with a synopsis, outcome, materials list, advanced preparation checklist, and teaching plan.  Most activities include at least 1 worksheet master that can be copied for each student.
You will find just minor wear on the contents, a bit more on the box.
