eBike 48v 10.5ah Lithium Ion Battery pack in aluminum case. Genuine Panasonic 18650 3500mah Cells. Cell configuration is in a
13S3P array so 39 18650 cells total.
Battery packs have seen minimal use and were cycled an estimated 20 times or less. Battery comes with an onboard BMS with an over voltage protection of 54.60V, under voltage protection of about 39V, as well as over current protection. Output connector is a 7W2 D-Sub Mixed Contact Connector but you can easily install your own XT60 or other connector. Charging port is a 7.4x5.0mm barrel connector but battery can be charged from the output port and the BMS will still provide over voltage protection. So the charging port can be eliminated if desired.
Case is made from a pretty solid piece of extruded aluminum with plastic caps at each end. Internals are sealed up pretty well. Can easily be mounted to a bike frame using zip ties, hose clamps, etc.
Condition: Discharged and Re-Charged less than 20 times. May have some scratches on the metal case that do not affect performance.

Every battery is cycle tested. Charged to 54.6V then discharged to to the BMS cutoff voltage of 39V. All batteries test a minimum of 9.5ah for discharge capacity. Would probably test the full 10.5ah if BMS allowed the cells to be discharged to the standard 2.5V discharge voltage used for rating the capacity of the cells.
Batteries are capacity tested using a resistive load and a DC watt meter. Your test results may vary depending on how you test.
I offer the option to have the original plastic end caps replaced with 3D printed caps and the power connector replaced with a female XT60 pigtail connector. See pictures for example.
Battery shipped may not be exact battery shown in pictures but will be identical.
