DOMINICAN REPUBLIC 1986 1 PESO Nickel Bonded Steel.
Krause lists this as KM# 65 1986 1 Peso Nickel Bonded Steel Mintage of 100k.
This coin is exceptional. I can find no flaws or problems with it.
It looks very much like the PROOFLIKE coins of the 1986 & 1989 prooflike sets. I have others but this is by far the best.
If slabbed I think it would come out with a 68 to 70 but you judge for yourself.
