    Up for your consideration is a 2016-P Harpers Ferry America the Beautiful (ATB) 5 oz Silver Coin graded by PCGS SP69 First Strike
    . The coin does have light spotting/white milk spots. The above pictures does not really show any of the spotting, but when you have the coin in hand and tilt it just right in the light you can see the spotting The coin was specially treated after the striking process to achieve a very noticeable matte finish.
