FULL of Features:
The 2 gallon 304 stainless steel polished tank looks great while providing outstanding rust and chemical resistance. Gallon and liter marks are stamped into the tank so unlike lines that are painted on the outside of the tank you can actually see the lines from the inside and the outside of this tank. Measuring is easy!
All fittings are CNC machined from solid brass, no die cast brass fittings, and absolutely no plastic, no aluminum fittings on this sprayer!
The reinforced rubber hose is covered with a protective blue PVC jacket for years of use around the jobsite.
The brass fittings are attached to the hose using 304 stainless steel ferrules providing a full 360 degree grip to hold the hose on to the fittings. The stainless steel ferrules will never rust, never need retightening, and will not damage the hose jacket which is commonly seen with overtighten worm drive or ear type clamps.
Stainless steel wand retention cup is welded on to the tank to provide secure upright storage for the wand and lance assembly during transport or storage.
The fill door and is made from stainless steel and is oversized for quick filling of the tank and helps eliminates the need for a funnel.
The pressure release valve is machined from brass for excellent durability. NO plastic! The valve is mounted topside so you can depressurize and open the tank without depressing the trigger wand. Refill the tank at anytime, no need to completely drain the tank before refilling.
Steel Kickstand flips down to provide an ergonomic foot hold making pumping the sprayer quick and easy. The Kickstand folds up and out of the away to keep the overall size of the sprayer compact and easy to store.
The blue pumper handle is oversized and has a semi-smooth round exterior making pumping less of a chore with or without gloves on.
Pressure gauges are typically found on sprayers in 0-300 price range. This sprayer's pressure gauge has both PSI markings and an easy to read green zone so a quick glance tells you when you are in the correct pressure range for spraying.
The shoulder strap is both adjustable and completely removable. The strap attaches to the sprayer with 304 stainless steel brackets that have been welded onto the tank. No need to worry about loose screws or rivets failing with a full tank of chemicals.
