Description:
This is a very nice small brass coin from the Dominican republic. This is the one or un centavo coin dated 1877. The obverse of the coin has the legend "REPUBLICA DOMINICANA" with the date 1877 in the center. The reverse shows the denomination within a wreath. The coin is golden in color and in great condition, which is very unusual for coins of such low denomination. This is KM 3 and is ~18 mm in diameter. The coin is uncirculated, is graded as Mint State (MS) 63 by PCGS, and comes in a plastic holder that is so labeled. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
